First World War Black and White Photograph of Enab Village Palestine

1917 - 1919
Overview

A small black and white photograph showing a village of stone houses. The foreground of the image shows a field of flowers and then a small stone wall and a ruined building. Beyond that there are a range of buildings on a small hill. There appears to be at least two white tents pitched at the bottom of the village. The left-hand corner of the image is blurred and there is a dark mark in the sky that could be from a pen. The reverse of the image has the proforma printing of part of a postcard and an inscription. The photograph has a small border and is in good condition.
