Image: Yellow chrysanthemums arranged in a squat brown vase. There is another brown vase at right and a few cut geraniums lying in the foreground.

This oil painting, together with 1993.37 and two other paintings, were hanging in the house at 8 Duke Street which the donor's mother, Mrs C. Southorn, bought in 1950.

Frame: Unframed. Canvas stretched over wooden bars.

Signature: Lower right 'E. RICHARDS 04'.
