GRAY, JESSIE

The below knee length skirt has an inverted pleat in the centre front. She is carrying a handbag and is walking along a paved footpath . There are other pedestrians and an imposing building in the background.On the rear in pencil [Miss Jessie Gray/ 1930s].
Jessie Gray was a teacher at East Claremont Practising School from 1935. In 1941 she taught what was considered a typical lower primary group as in a rural two teacher school. Appears to have been taken in Murray St, Perth, next to the Commonwealth Bank on corner of Forrest Place - a favourite spot for commercial photographers.
