Black and white photograph of the Metters' logo showing a Kookaburra perched on a branch against a grey circular back ground. 'Metters' appears in bold white capital letters against a black banner below. This logo became well known throughout Western Australia because it was used on Metters' 'Early Kooka' stoves, and other domestic and agricultural equipment was advertised at the Royal Agricultural Show under its sign.
Metters Ltd was a foundry and manufacturing company in the Subiaco industrial area between the years of 1911 and 1985.
