2 Feb 2023: received feedback from Richard Jensen via Collections WA who made these comments,
'I've just had a quick look at the Carnamah car rego databank. The only T 31 records seem to be for A. Lloyd 1922 to 1927 (Overland/Buick). and for F.A. Lee 1925 to 1928 (Buick). I'm thinking that the car in this photo is an older model than the 1920's ones, and it does look like a Model T. The Toodyay Council records generally seem to indicate that they re-issued rego numbers. so the Model T owner was likely not Lee or Lloyd?'
