White Smilers Hockey Team
1926A sepia photograph of a Ladies Hockey Team 1926 in full uniform, mounted on brown cardboard. Seven of the ladies are holding hockey sticks, two ladies seated on the floor and between them is a wooden shield; the Richardson Shield 1926. Five ladies are seated on a bench each holding hockey sticks and the centre lady is holding the Shield. In front of the shield is a hockey ball. There are six young ladies are standing behind the seated ladies. Their uniforms are white shirt with a black pinafore with a white stripe around the skirt and a narrow white belt.

Above the photograph in stamped gold lettering is "WHITE SMILERS' HOCKEY TEAM. Winners Richardson Shield, 1926."
Below the photograph in stamped gold lettering is "F. Martyn. T. Page (Vice-Captain), I. Thomas, D. Mitchell, E. Pethick, J.Charlton, V.Page, Katanning," and underneath this line is "J. Gorman, M.McDonald, K. Crosby (Captain), S. Meyers, E. Stevens. W.A." and the last line is "P. Folland, S. Doak."
