C.W.A. Katanning Branch
1934A black and white photograph of a group of women dressed in calf length skirts, jackets and all are wearing hats outside the double wooden open front doors of a brick building. There are five women seated in the front and the rest are standing. There are some small children in the photograph. The photograph is mounted in a black wooden frame.
The building is probably the original C.W.A. building in Richardson St. which was previously owned by the Rechobities Lodge.

On the lintel above the wooden doors is "1906".
Above the photograph in large black italic lettering is "Katanning Branch C.WA."
Below the photograph in large back italic lettering is "Fourth Birthday 11-5-34".
On the back of the photograph is a faded pink label with black lettering which reads "FRAMED BY F. MARTYN, ARBOUR STREET, KATANNING. FOR SERVIE & LOW PRICES".
