c. 1916B/W copy. House Dunbar Road, Reg Veitch in front. Weatherboard house with chimney at right end, tin roof and verandah along the front. Three verandah posts are visible. The house appears to be small - two rooms wide at the front and not very deep. There is a wooden door, and a window on each side. There is a gum tree on the left front side and a large tree is visible behind the house. The house is close to the street. There is a picket fence with a gap in the centre for entrance. The pickets on the right of the entrance are higher at the edges and curve down in the centre. The house is in Dunbar Road near George St. There is a small boy standing at the gap/"gate" in the fence. He is wearing a dark jacket and knee length? Trousers with black socks and boots. He has a wide white collar.
