CORDIN'S BUTCHERS SHOP BAY VIEW TERRACE
1914B& W print. Two storey brick building with verandah over footpath and balcony above. Verandah has decorative posts, valance of shaped slats, a central notice [CLAREMONT/ MEAT Co.] white canvas blinds rolled to different lengths protecting shop windows from afternoon sun, and a sign on the northern end [CORDIN'S/ MEAT MARKET]. Balcony has wooden balustrading with cut out panels. Attached to the central one is a golden painted bull's head. Balcony posts have ornate brackets and a blind partly shades the central door. On the road in front of the shops are two horse and carts. On the right is the front picket fence of the adjoining house and on the left is Furniss Building.
Presumed to be Cordin's carts outside.
