Samuel William Sinclair (1890-1983) was the son of Thomas Napoleon Bonaparte Sinclair and Melinda Amelia Sinclair nee Wilkerson. Samuel married Kathleen Regina Mary Conrad Jahn in 1915 in Northam.
Part of a collection of items, mainly photographs, relating to the Sinclair family and donated to the museum in 2014 by Marilyn Walker of Kingscliffe, NSW.

Photographer Charles Millington Nixon operated a photographic studio under his own name in Fremantle from 1901 and opened a second studio in Northam in May 1902.
