Documentation that came with the photo reads "Thomas Sinclair & EM Sinclair [Mrs Joseph]. Children of James Sinclair & Mary nee?" From this it is assumed the people in the photo are Elizabeth Matilda Sinclair (1852-1888) and her brother Thomas Napoleon Bonaparte Sinclair (1850-1930). They are the children of James David Berkley Sinclair and Mary Jane (nee Glass) Sinclair. The Sinclairs lived at Dumbarton in the district of Toodyay. Elizabeth married Arthur John Wroth in 1877.
