PHOTOGRAPH: HOUSE AT 295 BARKER ROAD, SUBIACO
The photograph shows the house at 295 Barker Road, which was demolished to make way for A Coles Shopping Centre. It is built of brick with a corrugated iron roof. There is a gable over the front room. On the roof above the front room is a finial. The front verandah has wooden posts, brackets and frieze, as well as a lattice section, which encloses half of the verandah. There are several steps from the front verandah to the path. There is a picket fence above a brick retaining wall and a small pergola over the entrance gate.
