Three large flags flying from the roof and two lower down near the railings. There is a striped marquee tent in the right background in front of a tree. A large group of people are standing in foreground, many in fancy dress costume. The ladies are wearing long gowns and the men in a variety of costumes, with top hats, turbans, coolie hats etc.
