Inscriptions and markings

On the front of the postcard in white typed lettering is "Greetings from KATANNING".

On the back of the postcard at the top right hand side is a pink emu and alongside in pink ink "EMU SOUVENIRS 83 NANSON ST. WEMBLEY W.A.6014" and in the top right hand corner is the outline of a pink square and inside the square is the Made in WA trademark which is an outline of WA with a circle in the middle and the words "Made in Western Australia" below.

On the back of the postcard in the bottom left hand corner in pink typed lettering is "Katng. 8. Shire of Katanning Offices. Built in 1966. Katanning, Western Australia Photographed by Frank Indrisie." and in the bottom right hand corner in pink typed lettering is "POSTCARD".
