Katanning Days in Albany
c. 1911A group of people including a band on a pier waiting to get onto a ferry to take them to Middleton Beach, Albany. In the background can be seen the buildings along Stirling Terrace, in particular the landmark tower.
Katanning Days at Albany was an event that was held annually to take people from Katanning to Albany by train.

On the back of the postcard is printed in black lettering is 'POST' with a logo of a lion and a kangaroo within a circle and the word 'EMPIRE' above the animals, followed by 'CARD' and below this the card has two columns with the headings 'CORRESPONDENCE' and 'ADDRESS ONLY', and in the top right hand corner is a square to affix a stamp.
On the back of the postcard along the vertical side is stamped in purple ink 'Imperial Studio, Albany W.A.'
Handwritten in pencil on the back of the postcard is 'Albany Katanning Day c 1911 or 12'
