Overview

A rectangular metal name plate with MAYOR R.V. DIGGINS on front and pin on back. A 50mm long red and yellow striped ribbon hangs from name plate with small metal rectangle on end from which hangs a metal medal. ANNIVERSARY MEDAL MARCH 1952-1977 written around outer front of medal and CITY OF SUBIACO and city crest in the centre. On back is written ANNIVERSARY MEDAL, MARCH 1897-1977 and SUBIACO and MUNICIPALITY, WA. A more elaborate city crest appears in the centre. ''
