1957a) Decorative key to Subiaco City Hall, brass, copper end-piece to engage with lock. Long straight shaft, square end with rectangular insert engraved as follows: This Key was presented to CITY OF SUBIACO by the architects on the occasion of the opening of the Subiaco City Hall on the thirtieth of November 1957. On reverse, F.G.B. Hawkins and Desmond Sands, Architects. Stylised SHC attached midway along shaft. Red satin ribbon tied around shaft

The hall was adapted and re-named the Theatre Centre in 1984, when it became apparent that the hall was not being used sufficiently. Several theatre groups use it as a management and performance base.
