a) Medallion, circular, grey metal, raised outer rim, coat of arms of Subiaco Italy within rim. Blue green and gold shield supported by yellow shapes, red drape below, SUB LACUM in gold Letters. Gold crown with red band above shield. On reverse, City of Subiaco, Con Gratitudine dalla Corale. CITTA DI SUBIACO ROMA, 13/30 Agosto 1989.
b) Navy blue simulated leather presentation case, lid lined with white satin. Gold lettering inside lid - R PREZIOSI OROLOGERIA, Pietro Renzetti Subiaco via Cavour 82 Navy.
