Bean Slicer

c. 1900
Overview

A green circular metal item that has a winder handle with a wooden knob at the end in the centre of the object. There are four suction caps at the base of the item, and two different sized holes at the top. On the back of the item are three screw-on cutters on the revolving disc attached to handle.

Historical information

There are two openings at the top, one for runner beans and one for French green beans.
