Lance' has been written in blue ink on reverse of post card along right hand side. Brewery delivery van parked outside Hotel Claremont, two horse drawn carts further along Bay View Terrace. Electric light poles.

Postcard received in the post by Town of Claremont with an accompanying note 'Sirs, Maybe this old post card could be of interest, otherwise I would be throwing it out. Hoping it brings back memories for an old member. A friend.'
