Cylindrical cup, tapering to a narrower base with a hooked handle welded to the cup.

Historical information

This ladle was used by the Nelson family on their Kelmscott farm in conjunction with large metal cream containers they could have purchased (AK1985.758). It is believed that Lois collected the ladle from the family in 1975 when she was a member of the Armadale Kelmscott Historical Society and the society was putting together the collection to display at History House which was to open the following year.
