c. 1960 - 1969Multi-purpose measuring tool which came with 'Woman and Home' magazine in Western Australia in 1960s. Used to draw circles of different diameters for cushions or mats, shape scalloped edges, marking hem and pleat widths and mitring corners.
Pages removed from the magazine give instructions on use.
