Black and white image of Gordon Tompkins along with his nephew Graeme and his dog "BUSTER" erecting the Town of Albany coat of arms on the new municipal offices 1965.

Historical information

"Buster" - Buster happily climbed ladders, though sometimes had to be carried down. He did not object to being harnessed to a billy cart and pulling kids around. The coat of arms seen being erected here is now in the Albany Historical Society collection.
