Overview

A black and white photo of two gentlemen.
The man at the rear is is the Shire President Geoffrey Ludemann. dressed in 'tails'.
Standing to the front of him is Des Dans, the Minister for Tourism, in a suit, speaking into a microphone.
Possibly he is 'opening' the Moondyne Festival of 1985.
Behind both is part of a glass door, brick wall, a chair (with package), tiled steps and a glimpse of a suitcase.
Possibly location is the Toodyay Post Office.
