The glossy, medium-weight card cover is white, with the circular red, black, yellow and white logo of the Association in the centre, dissected by two black horizontal double lines. Printed in black text below the logo is the year and document name.
The West Australian Baseball Umpires Association was formed on 10th of August 1936 with H. Hummerston as president; R. Halcombe, secretary-treasurer; G. Pascoe, delegate to the League; and G. Pascoe, A. Mackay and P. Taylor, committee members.
