West Australian Baseball League's 1941 'A' Grade Premiers pocket patch awarded to the 'Press' team. It is made of maroon wool with discoloured cream braid stitched on the top edge. The words 'Press', 'WABL', 'Premiers' and '1941' are machine-embroidered within a shield in white thread.

Historical information

An unusually big crowd saw the West Australian Baseball League "A" grade grand final played on the Perth Esplanade on Sunday 14th September. Press. 3,0,0,3,0,0,3,2 (11), defeated Chevs, 3,0,0,0,0,0,0,2,1 (6). At the conclusion of the match Mr. G. Pascoe, on behalf of the W.A. Baseball League presented the cup and shield to the successful team.
