Westamat 35 Camera and Case
c. 1956A black and silver metal camera with diagonal shaped corners which is encased in a brown leather case. The case attaches to the camera by a screw on the bottom of the case.
On the right hand side of the camera is a clip which when pulled up opens the back of the camera.
On the top of the camera on the left is the film winder, then a slot for a flash, then an indicator which shows the number of pictures taken, a winder to move the film on after taking a picture, and to the left and above the wind is a push button to take the picture.
On the base of the camera is a screw hole for a tripod.

On the top of the camera above the slot for the flat is etched in italic lettering "Westomat 35".
Around the lens surrounds in black etched letter is "No 38762 A Terlonon 1:3.5 F = 45 mm"
On a black plate on the bottom of the camera in silver embossed lettering in two lines is "T.K.C.", "MADE IN JAPAN"
Embossed on the front of the case in two lines is "Westamat", "35". Embossed on the bottom of the case on the right hand side is "MADE IN JAPAN".
