Polaroid Land Camera
c. 1957 - 1959A rectangular shaped beige and light brown metal camera that extends outwards from the front, it has bellows, a tripod screw hole and a stand. There is a short leather strap on the left hand side.. On the right side of the camera is a sliding lever to open or close the back of the camera. On the right hand side of the camera when extended is a metal lever which can be pressed downwards to take a picture.

Details
On the front camera flap is a silver metal rectangle with rounded corners and a screw hold in the centre. Above the hole in red etched lettering is "POLAROID" and below the hole in italics "Land", ane in normal lettering "CAMERA".. Above this rectangle is a latch which pulls out to form a stand and etched on it in two lines is "Model". "80A".
On the right hand back of the camera on a metal bar is etched in two lines "IF YOU CANNOT PULL TAB, CLOSE AND LOCK", "THIS BAR AND THEN REOPEN ALL THE WAY". To fully open the car this bar lifts out.
Behind the lens plate in white etched lettering on a beige background in 5 lines is "TO SET SHUTTER", "LOWER NUMBERS GIVE MORE EXPOSURE", "IF PICTURE IS TOO DARK USE A" "LOWER NUMBER. IF TOO LIGHT", "USE A HIGHER NUMBER".
