A black and silver metal rectangular rounded corners camera with a glass viewfinder and leather strap on the left hand side. There is a silver lever at the back to take the picture. On the base of the camera is a small sliding knob which opens to reveal a compartment for batteries..

Inscriptions and markings

On the front of the camera on the top metal section in two lines of black stamped lettering is "LOADMATIC', "150", on the glass is "FC. 126 Cartridge".
Around the base of the camera lens is "HANIMEX", "MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY", around the silver inner rim is "HANIMAR", "HANIMEX"

Etched on the base of the camera is "Made in W.Germany".

On a white label on the top of the camera in three lines of black typed lettering is "TASSICKER", "CHEMIST", "KATANNING".

On the top of the camera on a white button with five lines of black typed lettering is "Distanz", "Meter", "1.2-2.7", "feet", "4 -9 ".
