Instamatic 300 Camera and Case
c. 1963 - 1966A black and silver camera in a black leather case, the camera is held in the case at the sides, this allows the front of the leather case to drop down and allow pictures to be taken without removing the camera from the case. The view finder is a small window at the centre back of the camera. On the top of the camera is a black lever to push down to take a picture and on the right side is a metal lever to wind the film forward.

On the front of the camera in two lines of silver embossed lettering on a black background is "INSTAMATIC", "CAMERA", to the right in red letters is "300".
To the left of the lens is a red rectangle plate outline in silver and with silver letters "KODAK". Around the lens in black lettering is "KODAK LENS" and to the right of the lens is a lever which when pushed raises the flash on the top of the camera.
Etched on the base of the camera is "476099".
On the back of the camera in a window is "WIND FILM TO STOP".
Stamped in white lettering on the inside of the camera is "31 Jul 1964".
Embossed on the front of the leather case is "KODAK".
