This perpetual trophy was formerly known as the Ladies (Associates) Plate and has two titles to reflect the change:
1. Melville Glades Golf Club (Inc)
Associates Plate
From 2013 a new title was engraved:
2. MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP
NETT DIVISION
The trophy itself is silver coated plate with a raised pattern around the edge.
The winners' names are engraved in the centre of the plate.
Note: 2015 winner was Bev Hayes but J Murphy's name was incorrectly engraved on the trophy.
