1993

Overview

In 1993 a group of club members volunteered their services in various capacities to provide the funds and labour to construct the red brick feature wall that surrounds the entrance road to the club off Beasley Road.

The sequence of the wall construction is captured in a set of 24 photographs that have been scanned and attached to this item. The background to the wall construction is conveyed in a document that is also attached.

The members who were key to the project were Mike Petkovich (House Director), Hadyn Raitt (Course Director), Tom Watson (project manager), Gary Keen (design and drafting) and Ian Mears and Gary Keen (bricklaying).
