CROCHET, GLOVES

c. 1950 - 1959
Overview

Gloves were a fashionable female costume accessory in first half of the 20th century, but no longer in the 21st century.

These lady’s gloves, hand crocheted in an unusual pattern, are beautifully made. There is a small plastic pearl button at wrist for closure.

The short wristed gloves, were fashionable in Australia in the 1950s.
