Artist statement: “In keeping with the ‘environment’ theme, I have designed a sculpture which is reminiscent of natural flora forms found in the Kensington Bushland environment, without simply reproducing a specific vegetation species.
The three upright forms are inspired by both the fragile and the robust vegetation of the bushland. The stainless steel form is influenced by varieties of the orchids found in the bushland”
