Artist statement: The artwork is described as three friendly guardians overlooking the Café precinct on three existing banner pole structures, each one having a slightly different design within a consistent ‘look’.

Belinda said ‘The figures are relaxed and confident while they overlook the street from their elevated positions acting as friendly guardians to the Café precinct. The first and last figures are standing under branches that have sprouted from the banner poles. The middle figure is sitting against the banner pole which has a wind vane attached to the top of it, so passers-by will always know which way the wind is blowing.’
