The Serpentine Hotel
Built by Antoni Szczecinski and ready to open as Mundijong's first hotel in 1892. The hotel did a booming trade during the construction of the railway line and no doubt this gave Szczecinski the confidence to build a new and more substantial hotel. The photograph is a modern day image of the Serpentine Hotel. This building is now a private residence.
