Overview

B/W copy print.. Looking east across Bay Road. Brick shop with rendered front, high rendered curved facia above and verandah with wooden posts over the footpath. Street trees hide part of the front and also a 2 storey house to the north of the shop. Picket fences line the street and a horse and cart is standing on the road.

Historical information

Family home of Efford family. Front of house converted to shop which closed in 1931. After subdivision family built new home on half the original block, No 20 Chester Rd.
