Overview

Exquisite hand needlelace, Point de Gaze the finest lace of the 19th century made in France around edge of the handkerchief.
Edge of handkerchief, lace is 30 mm wide on sides with swirling sprays of flowers and leaves.
In each corner, a larger floral motif with a 3D flower with raised petals.
In one corner the initials 'CW' in satin stitch.
