House at 117 Townshend Road, on the corner of Townshend Road and Park Street. The verandah is supported by stone wall with wooden pillars joined by vertical and horizontal beams and plain, curved brackets at three corners. The bay window at the front right hand side is shaded by an awning with carved brackets reflecting the design of the verandah. There is a gable above and another in the same design on the side wall at the left.
