George Battersby (1817-?) was a publican convicted of robbery with violence and sent to Western Australia in 1856 (no,4012). By the time this note was written, he was farming at Greenough.
Simeon Richardson (1821-97) was a bricklayer with numerous convictions and sent to Western Australia in 1862 (no.5969).
