A chain and bead necklace encircles her neck and then forms a long loop. There is an oval brooch at the base of her neck. Her hair is parted in the centre and softly swept up.
Married to Thomas James Briggs. Lived at Corry Lynn, 2 Brea Road, Claremont. Children: Albert James (1884), Kate Amelia (1892), Clarence Henry (1890), Ernest Alfred (1888), Evelyn Grace (1888), Irene Vera Annie (1898) & Hilda Mary (1895).
