Collection of b/w photos relating to United Buses Ltd. (a) 5 Bedford sb Buses Lined up on railway station, side of Gugeri Street, opposite United Buses Ltd. (b) Bus number 6 - Daimler CVG5 Double Decker in garage of United Buses Ltd., painted in second green and cream livery. Bus imported with intention of manufacturers more in WA but that never happened. Police were reticent about licensing it so test drove it at speed along Mounts Bay Road, loaded with police officers. (c) Doube Decker Bus No.6 in the United Bus Ltd. yard toilet is in the background - Daimler CVG5. (d) CVG5 - Bus no.7 in UBL yard next to one of the houses on Gugeri St. (e) Three buses of different eras, former Presbyterian Church Hall in the background. (f) Bus no.4 Dennis Lancet and Bedfords view facing west along Gugeri St., note tramlines and pram in the shot. (g) Gugeri St. facing East - collection of buses and United Buses Ltd. Historical information

Inter-suburban private bus service established in 1931 travelled between Claremont and Perth via Victoria Avenue and Jutland Parade. It possessed the only Perth double decker bus. The buses were imported from the UK prior to World War 2.
