The corker is fundamentally a lever comprised of a wooden base, a vertical 'post', a lever-able handle and a cork 'driver' (a smaller lever).
The device also features a block of wood set on a vertical metal post. The block can be rotated 360 deg.
This block features two holes one of which is lined with a section of metal piping, while the other holds a section of metal tubing that is wider at the top than the bottom.
