PHOTOGRAPH: SUBIACO OVAL GRANDSTAND UNDER CONSTRUCTION
1969The colour slides show views taken during the construction of the Subiaco Oval Grandstand: (a) A view across the oval to the grandstand. A crane is visible above the roof which has not been completed. Scaffolding is in place on either side. Cars and people are in front of the stand. The older grandstand is shown at the right. (b) This is an identical slide, except that the sky looks slightly darker in (a). This is probably not due to time elapsing but rather a difference in the development process.
This is one of a number of colour slides on the Subiaco Oval Grandstand construction
