c. 1996Sunburst shaped HMAS Anzac Challenge Medallion with a Royal crown and crest on blue background with laurel wreath below the crown. PRESENTED BY THE COMMANDING OFFICER appears below this. On the reverse side the blue centre features a red kangaroo and HMAS Anzac with HMAS ANZAC FFH150 at the top of the circle and UNITED WE STAND at the bottom. The medallion is in a clear plastic pouch.

UNITED WE STAND on the reverse side of the medallion.
Based at Fleet West Base at HMAS Stirling in Western Australia, HMAS Anzac was adopted by the City of Albany (W.A.) and visited the port on a number of occasions.
