Sunburst shaped HMAS Anzac Challenge Medallion with a Royal crown and crest on blue background with laurel wreath below the crown. PRESENTED BY THE COMMANDING OFFICER appears below this. On the reverse side the blue centre features a red kangaroo and HMAS Anzac with HMAS ANZAC FFH150 at the top of the circle and UNITED WE STAND at the bottom. The medallion is in a clear plastic pouch.
