Historical information

This signature tablecloth, also known as an autograph cloth, was produced by Albany Leisure Hour Club in April 1918. The tablecloth was produced as a method of raising money through residents and service personnel paying a nominal amount of money to sign their name and then the signatures would be embroidered by the group.
