'Hotpoint/ BAND-MASTER', 'AGE' (Australian General Electrics) medium wave radio. Rectangular box, ivory Bakelite, Art Deco style casing. Light brown and cream woven grille cloth with square glass tuning panel and two dark brown round Bakelite tuning knobs below panel. Horizontal design features lineal lines grouped in 2 and 3, with cream planet shaped Bakelite tuning indicator in centre of glass panel. Original back panel appears to be missing and has been replaced with a wooden ply back screwed into place.
