Belleview Farm was established by pioneer Edward Robinson in the late 19th century. The property was originally known as Helena Farm, and the main house of Belle View was constructed for Edward and his wife Sophia. The house, along with the old Bellevue Primary School and other historic buildings in the precinct have been restored and/or altered in a redevelopment that makes up Robinson Grove Estate.
