Historical information

The land was part of James Stirling's original Woodbridge grant, later owned by Henry Brockman and after sub-division, by the Robinson family. Edward Robinson built the farm in 1887, he also built the nearby Church of the Good Shepherd and donated land for the building of the primary school. Later the farm was known as Elders' Paddocks. These images document the state of the interior and exterior of the old homestead in 2017 prior to restoration as part of a residential redevelopment.
