The cover is brown and cream in colour and features a portrait on the lower left of Amy Johnson wearing her leather flying helmet with goggles perched on top. Behind her is a depiction of her Gypsy Moth plane, with the name 'Jason' and serial number 'G-AAAH' visible.
The name 'Amy' is written in large cream letters on an angle in the upper right, while the reason behind the composition is written in the top left. In the lower left is the name of the publisher, Lawrence Wright, and in the lower right, the names of the lyricist and composer, and the price.
The two centre pages have the printed music and lyrics. An advertisement for other Lawrence Wright songs appears down the centre of the two pages, and another for an instruction book teaching ukulele and banjulele is positioned at the bottom of the right page.
The back cover is covered by an advertisement for a pianoforte tutor book also published by Lawrence Wright.
